Apartment 4 成功高價租出

剛收到經紀通知, Apartment 4 己成功租出, 喜出望外的是以高價每月695磅租出. 回報亦由6.4% 跳升到8.1%

現有租客9月30日搬出, 新租客10月6日搬入, 12個月租約, 租客是年輕夫婦 租務須求果然強勁,只招租一個星期己租出 

同時亦己選好客廳的家具.都花了不少心思, 頑喜歡呢張coffee table

    1. Service charge 1450. 好貴. 但被買入價平底消了.
      所以我考慮的是淨租金回報.

    1. You mentioned, you contacted seller's agent when you spotted a good flat on sale. Do you rely on your solicitor to send a bid to that agent? or you directly send your bid?

    1. I put my offer to the agent directly when I spotted the right flat. My solicitor will not handle this for me.

      My property management agent is not good one. If you have read the post "Apartment 4 新舊租客交接", you will understand why.

      For solicitor, take one that mortgage bank recommended would be fine, at least no need to worry about 走路. My point is not much different among each other, except Ricky's solicitor is really superb but in Scotland.
