Buy-to-let 按揭成數下調風險

呢排特別多關於Buy-to-Let新聞。

各位用fixed rate 按揭的朋友請小心， 定息期過後按息一般會大大提高，如果想攞到低啲息率就要remortgage，但如果銀行收緊按按成數，就要補錢做remortgage，否則就要硬食高啲按息。小心，小心，早作準備。祝大家好運!

    因為BTL mortgage 被視為五大風險威脅金融穩定性，所以應該還有措施出場。
