ReplyDelete師兄，有事請教！最近睇啱左層曼徹斯特樓，120k,搵HSBC uk premier上會，佢要求借貸額要多過150k,否則要有自住樓同年薪過75k,兩樣我都唔過,仲有冇辦法？如果唔係要搵boc,3.9% vs 3.3%陰公！

按揭規矩一視同仁,個個rm 合結果都是一樣, HSBC 的路不通了。可試BEA, 比boc 平小小。

Just came back from my UK property visit trip and I got my mortgage successfully in BOC Birmingham. Have a great meeting with bank and it's really strict to get mortgage from HSBC now (the BOC guy is working in HSBC UK previously). Anyway, I wish you all the best and have a wonderful summer vacation with your family :)
